Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
Robotic vacuum cleaners and mops are a great method of quickly cleaning up messes. The top robot vacuums and mops in my tests have top-notch mapping and navigation as well as the ability to remove Cheerios, tangled wires and fake dog turds with out leaving them behind.
They're also user-friendly with an app that lets you plan cleaning tasks and check on how they're up to.
1. Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra
The Roborock S8 MaxV is the best robot mop and vacuum combination. It has the latest features. This top-of-the-line vacuum is fast and agile and picked up human hair and pet hair almost perfectly in our Debris Pickup Test. It comes with a sleek application interface that includes a miniature map of your home and buttons on the screen to allow manual control.
Another standout feature is the S8's ability to change its cleaning mode based on the amount of dirt it encounters thanks to its Dirt Detection Technology. It will clean its mopping pads more frequently if it encounters dust. Carpeted areas get the first priority when mopping with a damp mopping pad.
It has a variety of other innovative features also, including an alternative dock that connects to the plumbing in your home to clean and wash the mop without requiring refilling it manually. You can also use voice commands with the built-in voice assistant, saying "Hey Rocky" to specify rooms cleaning, modes and granular controls with your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube
If you're looking to buy a hands-free robot vacuum that can mop the Yeedi Cube is one of the more flexible options. It's among the many combinator robot vacuums that include mopping features that are also offered at a lower price than other models.
Like all robovacs, the Yeedi Cube also requires some work to get started. This includes setting up an app account and connecting the device to your WiFi network. Once that's done, the robot can start cleaning and mopping easily.
It's worth noting that the mapping process can take some time and may take a few times before the Yeedi Cube has an accurate picture of your space. Additionally the object detection is unpredictable; it was able to skim over furniture and other obstacles, but was stuck on a looser tassel rug and had to turn it over to get free. But these are minor flaws, and the Yeedi Cube is still a great option for those looking for an all-in-one solution for cleaning.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a three-in one home cleaning solution. Its advanced mopping uses the rotation of the motion, which is similar to hand scrubbing. This means that floors are cleaned, not just swept. Its detachable stick-vacuum is a game changer that enables you to get into places that robot vacuums can't.
This model is essentially identical to the well-known X2 Omni but with a slightly higher suction power of 8,700Pa and a few additional features that are smart. The upgraded RGBD sensor can learn your home better and offer dynamic obstacles avoidance. The app's smart feature allows you to modify a range of settings including AI cleaning and virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo also has self-preparation. Both the mop and vacuum robot return to their charging base at the end of each task to clean their pads and empty the dust bins, and place the debris into bags that self-seal. This helps keep the system tidy and also stops allergens from circulating. Its battery lifespan is long enough to cover large areas without requiring a recharge mid-clean.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
As one of the more expensive robot vacuum and mop models that are available, the Eufy S1 Pro offers impressive features for its price. It features powerful 8,000 Pa suction, a moving floor brush for carpets and a fantastic obstacle-avoiding. It also features a unique mopping method, which utilizes a continuous roller filled with water to pick dirt and then deposit it in the dirty water tank.
Its navigation technology was effective in navigating close to walls without crashing and avoiding steps. It was unable to handle small particles and did not always clear the thresholds in rooms. Its operating noise level is also quite high, so this model may not be as easy to set and forget as other models.
The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, has a a docking system that allows it to replenish its clean water tank, empty the dust bin, wash and dry the mop, and then empty its mop pad. This makes maintenance easy and lets the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors according to the regular schedule. You can control all its functions through the Eufy app, which gives an easy overview and lots of options for configuration.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra is one of the top robot vacuums/mowers available, and it offers amazing mixed vacuuming and mopping performance. robot vacuum cleaners reviews mapping sensor is able to recognize furniture legs and other obstacles with a decent accuracy, and the application lets users fine-tune the coverage of the map, define no-go zones, and customize cleaning preferences. The main roller brush is also designed to prevent hair from wrapping around it, which could be a big pain point with many robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode is impressive too, with Reuleaux triangular mop heads that spin at 180 RPM and exert up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system incorporates intelligent carpet detectors, which lift the pads up when they are near soft surfaces in order to keep them from getting contaminated.
The docking station is an unmanned maintenance center that automatically washes and dries the mops, then refills them with detergent and distilled water. The base station also features integrated dust processing that compacts dust for 7 weeks of hassle-free operation unlike conventional robot vacuums that empty their bins of dust every time they need to be emptied.
6. S10
A few hundred dollars more than the S8 This robot does an excellent job of keeping my office clean and can also tackle the corners of my cramped apartment. It uses laser mapping and a camera to make an outline of your home and knows where to stay away from. It has an object/obstacle detector that will stay clear of things like dog bowls and toys (but not poop) unlike other vacuums.
It also comes with other highlights, such as the self-emptying dustbin and a mop pad that's self-washing and adjustable to the temperature of the water, and a side-reaching sweeper brush that can get to areas other mops miss. You can also set up cleaning schedules in the app and customize the settings for each room of your home.

Like the S8, it has multi-room smart mapping and can differentiate between laminate flooring, carpets and hardwood flooring with high-pile rugs. It can also skip mopping rooms that are not clean if you want to save time. If you have a wide range of flooring in your house and don't want to invest additional money for a Roborock that has advanced mapping capabilities this is an excellent option.
7. robot vacuum cleaners reviews
If you're looking for a versatile robot vacuum and mop that is able to handle regular maintenance as well as touch-ups to wet messes, this robot is a good choice. It comes with a wide range of features, including a self emptying dustbin as well as a dock that can be used for refilling water, and adjustable settings that can be adjusted via the app. It is surprisingly quiet and can easily maneuver around furniture legs or socks. However, it isn't able to take care of tangled rug tassels and its battery drains a little quicker than other models we tested in our tests.
With a price tag of less than $250, the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly machine that packs a lot of suction and a handy automation into a sleek. It didn't do as well in our mopping and mopping tests as the expensive Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra however it did extremely well overall. It also offers a range of cleaning modes to suit your needs, from the low-power 'Quiet' option for light debris to the more robust 'Turbo' mode that is ideal for rooms with carpet. It even has the ability to automatically remove and replace its mop pads without getting your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is a great mop and robot vacuum for those who live in cramped spaces. It's extremely silent and fast, and it can navigate tight spaces with ease. It also does a nice job of getting pet hair off carpeting.
It's smaller than its rivals however it doesn't sacrifice any features. It has a decent amount of suction power and it can be configured to take a picture of every object it picks up (i.e., chew toys or socks) and mark them as 'not found' in the app so that they don't get picked up during future cleanings. The photos are encrypted and not tied to you account.
It's great at vacuuming, but not so good in mopping. It uses disposable wet wipes that you clip to the bottom of the bot, and it essentially drags them across your floor. Compare this with the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal that have water reservoirs that can automatically wash and reattach their mopheads.
